Right of termination

Dominiando guarantees your right of cancellation, including the "30-day satisfied or you money back" guarantee with all Hosting and Email services.

No one can really convey to you the top quality and high standard of our services, you have to experience them for yourself.

In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99 and 50/92 on distance sales, Dominiando guarantees to the consumer (as defined in Art. 1 paragraph b of Legislative Decree 185/99 "the natural person that [omitted], acts for purposes that are not related to the professional activity [omitted]") may exercise the right of termination.

In addition, greater protection of all other types of customers (including consumers under Art. 1 paragraph b of Legislative Decree 185/99) that can be achieved in the exercise of their business, Dominiando extends the right, including the 30-day satisfied or your money back guarantee on all its services, excluding the domain registration service.

This means that for 30 days you can try our services and, if you are not satisfied, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid. The refund will be made by bank transfer as soon as the customer's payment has been verified. If the credit has not yet occurred, Dominiando will wait till it has, and will then will repay the amount as soon as possible.

This amount is minus the cost of the domain registration. This clause is necessary since Dominiando is unable to recover the fees of the domain registration and transfer.  In addition, since the domain is registered on behalf of the Customer, even an unsatisfied Customer can transfer a domain registered with Dominiando to another Registrar. It is referred to as the principle of mobility of domains.

In any case, you will not lose anything since the domain will remain assigned to you and Dominiando will assist you with the procedure to transfer it to the new Registrar, as any respectable company should.

Dominiando is committed to keeping the service active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Keep in mind that during the year, whether because we make improvements to our structure or due to technical glitches, the service may be interrupted. The service might be interrupted also for reasons outside of Dominiando's control.

Since 2002, the uptime of Dominiando's services has been 99,99%.
